8.    Your information will be forwarded to the Central Reservations Office where applicable in the area who will then also make use of your services from time to time, as enquiries of a general nature are channeled  to them. 9.  Where possible, we will give your service as much profile as possible, under various categories such as events, group bookings, specials etc.
